01 / OUR STORYA CONNECTION THAT LASTED

It started with
a shared project.

In 2010, Yarden and Jonah met as product managers at a startup building an online sports trading platform. Yarden focused on the user experience. Jonah focused on the algorithms and trading systems behind it.

They found a way of working together that would carry them from their first product to their own startup—and, eventually, to Tectika.

  1. THE NEXT CHAPTER

    Building Hoop.

    Together, they established Hoop: a social video platform where people created and shared challenges, conversations, and collaborations.

  2. 2017

    A new beginning.

    Hoop was sold in 2017. Six months later, Yarden and Jonah established Tectika, bringing their experience in products, technology, and teams into a new company.

  3. FROM THEN TO NOW

    Growing through trust.

    Colleagues and industry partners who knew their work asked them to build solutions for their businesses. Those relationships became the foundation of Tectika.

Yarden brings more than 20 years of technology experience, combining product development, AI, and complex systems with business and financial leadership.

At Tectika, he guides projects from concept to delivery, builds teams, and oversees operations, finance, and recruitment.

Jonah Collins

Jonah combines company leadership with practical expertise in AI architecture, product development, and complex data analytics. He leads enterprise projects and engineering teams.

An entrepreneur, mentor, and adviser, he holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
